1500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using 1500's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To use the 1500 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under applicable Malaysian law.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online betting activities.
  • Register one account only; opening multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited.

1500 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Where there is doubt about a user's eligibility, the platform may suspend the account pending completion of verification.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

When registering an account on the 1500 platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 1500 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

  • Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Users found to have opened multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed, and any remaining balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

1500 reserves the right to verify a user's identity through official documents such as a national identity card, passport, or bank statement before permitting any withdrawal transaction. This verification process forms part of the platform's anti-money laundering compliance measures.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure in accordance with the platform's internal policies in effect at that time.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 1500 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Any breach of these terms may result in action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

You prohibited from doing any of the following while using the platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate or deceive the platform's systems through collusion or fraud.
  • Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or disruptive to other users.
  • Attempting to access platform systems or databases without authorisation.
  • Using the account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses through methods not permitted by the platform.

1500 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where there is evidence of illegal activity.

Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the 1500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using a bank account or digital wallet belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.

Key payment-related matters:

  • Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment has been confirmed by the payment processor.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account registered in the user's name.
  • 1500 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction suspected of being fraudulent.
  • Any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider are the responsibility of the user.
  • Placed bets cannot be cancelled or refunded except in technical circumstances that require cancellation by the platform.

For any transaction disputes, users may contact the 1500 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

1500 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. Users are advised not to rely solely on platform availability when making important financial decisions.

Account Suspension and Closure

1500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following cases: confirmed fraud, serious breach of terms of use, illegal activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. For voluntary account closure, please contact the support team and ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled first.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1500 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 1500 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 1500.

Using the 1500 brand name or trademarks in any manner that could mislead the public or suggest endorsement or affiliation with 1500 without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 1500 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 1500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

1500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Your continued use of the 1500 platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
